**RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ — April, 24, 2026** — General Devices (GD), a HealthTech company specializing in emergency communication solutions, is excited to welcome [**Aaron Phillips**](http://www.linkedin.com/in/aaron-phillips-190641146) as its new **Implementation Associate**.

“The team, mission, and tangible impact of GD’s products are incredibly exciting to me,” said Phillips. “I’m looking forward to diving in and making a difference for the Customer Success team and supporting e-Bridge implementations.”

Aaron brings a strong background in healthcare technology, having previously worked as an Implementation Project Manager before transitioning into an Interoperability Analyst role. His experience across both implementation and data operations gives him a well-rounded perspective on delivering seamless, client-focused solutions.

In his role at GD, Aaron will support customer implementations, helping ensure successful onboarding and adoption of GD’s solutions while contributing to the overall success of the [Customer Success team.](http://www.general-devices.com/customer-success)

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, and has a passion for recording and playing music.
