Chad brings a background in data integration, ETL, and data operations to General Devices. His experience working with data and operational processes provides a strong foundation for supporting successful implementations and helping customers effectively adopt GD’s solutions.
As an Implementation Specialist, Chad will work closely with customers and internal teams to support the implementation of GD’s emergency communication solutions. He will help ensure smooth processes and successful deployments while continuing to build his knowledge of the healthcare technology space.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys watching TV and movies, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.
