General Devices Welcomes Kyle Zetterlund as Client Implementation Lead

RIDGEFIELD, NJ – December 19, 2025 — General Devices (GD), a HealthTech company specializing in emergency communication solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Zetterlund as Client Implementation Lead. Kyle will work under the leadership of Customer Success Manager Andrew Poer, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation experiences for GD’s customers nationwide.

Kyle brings a strong healthcare background to his new role. Before joining GD, he worked in hospital pharmacy for three years before transitioning into project management for a healthcare company, where he gained valuable experience in supporting clinical workflows and coordinating technology solutions for care teams.

At GD, Kyle will focus on driving efficient implementations and supporting customers as they integrate GD’s innovative communication platforms into their daily operations.

When he’s not helping healthcare teams connect care, Kyle enjoys playing with his dog and two cats and pursuing his passion for automotive photography.
